sleeved IZH 35 barrel

Not long ago I bought a near mint IZH 35M unfortunatly for me someone had "doubled" the pistol and bulged the barrel. Anyone know any smiths that can sleeve a .22 barrel? I'm guessing finding another barrel is out of the question.
