My name is SGM (Ret) Charles Ford I teach JROTC at South Fork High School in Stuart, FL. Our Rifle Team is Hosting an International Youth Air Rifle Postal League.



Dear Editor/Rifle Team Coach:



We are pleased to announce that South Fork High School JROTC Program and IPCH will sponsor the most prestigious Three Position Youth Air Rifle Competitions ever. The 5th Annual International Youth Air Rifle Postal League for 2004-2005 (5 Matches) this is a great opportunity to compete with Army JROTC, Navy JROTC, Marine Corps JROTC, 4-H, Canadian Cadet League and South African Youth Teams at a very limited cost per team. A team may enter one match at a cost of ($30) or all five matches at a cost of ($125). The National Standard Rules will apply; upon request a copy will be e-mailed to you.





Entry forms must be filed between August 31, 2004, thru November 30, 2004.



The awards includes the following:



v The top marksmen from each team,

in each match receives an awards.



v The top four teams in Sporter and Precision in each match receive trophies



v Team coach with the most points in both categories receive award and the title Sporter or Precision “Coach of the year”



Answers to most frequently ask questions about the International Postal League!

v The two classifications of teams are Sporter and Precision

v All Entry forms must be postmarked by 1 Nov. 2004

v A team consists of 4 shooters.


v Teams do not have to be club or school affiliation as long as you have four youth shooters per team.



v You can have a team for each match or one team for all matches you decide to enter, the choice is yours.



v All Targets may must be returned not later than 28 Feb 05

Dear Rifle Team Coaches:

South Fork High School JROTC is hosting the Fifth Annual International Air Rifle Postal League ( 5 Matches). This League will involve Youth / High School and Shooting Clubs from around the world. This is a great opportunity for your Team (s) to compete Internationally at a limited cost.

Every shooter and team, regardless of the type of equipment they use or their level of experience, will have an opportunity to compete for awards in this high quality competition. This postal match is going to be the most prestigious match for the youth of the world in 2004–2005. We challenge you and your team to participate in this world-class competition and hope this challenge is met with the spirit of sportsmanship we know your organization possesses.

This International Postal League will be held from 1 October 2004 through 28 February 2005. Each team top shooter will receive a medallion in all five matches. Teams will have the option of competing in one of two categories:
Sporter or Precision.

There will be five matches held for this League; each match will receive trophies for the top four Teams in each category. There will be an overall first place trophy awarded for the number one team in each category for the League.

Entry Fee: Teams competing in International Postal League all five
matches cost will be $125.00
or $30.00 for each individual match per four (4) person
team. (No refunds.)
RULES: National Standard 3-Position Air Rifle rules will
apply.

Fifth Annual International Air Rifle Postal Match/Postal League

Medallions given to the top shooter from each team in each match, Coaches will award the medallions at the completions of the match.
Trophies will be awarded to the top four teams in each match, in each category. The Team coach with most wins or if a tie the highest aggregated team score in each category will receive an award and the title of “INTERNATIONAL Air Rifle Postal (SPORTER or PRECISION) COACH OF THE YEAR 2OO5”


This League is a superb opportunity to promote the art of competitive shooting worldwide. We are looking forward to your participation and appreciate your time.
