Matt is an active duty Marine assigned to the President's band in Wash DC. He travels a lot -- particularly in the summer and add an election year on top of that. Basically -- out of pocket traveling to one city after another on a bus...night after night. I doubt he has consistent access to a computer. Dick Poore
