New Anschutz Smallbore Rifle

Anschutz has a new smallbore rifle available with the G&E stock. The action is based on their 1827 Fortner action, as a single shot, with the 5018 trigger. I was going to take the plunge but cannot find any feedback. I would also like some reasoning behind the choice of this action over the 1900 and 2000 series actions. Does anyone have any information? Thank you.
