How To Adjust Shooting Jacket

I received my first jacket for Christmas and have lost a few pounds since then. I'm about half way to my goal of 15lbs. My jacket is feeling a little loose right now. It was a perfect fit the first time I wore it. Do I just punch new holes in the leather and move the buttons? How tight is it supposed to be? Should I just wear an extra shirt under it for now and wait to adjust when I reach my final goal or will the extra holes make a difference?

Even if your weight is constant, you should expect to adjust buttons a few times. The jacket stretches where it is tight and slowly conforms to your body. Appropriate holes (same size as the screws) shouldn't adversely impact the jacket.

Throwing on an extra sweatshirt won't hurt either.
