Changing sights on an IZH MP532

This may seem like customizing a Yugo, but can aftermarket front and rear sights be fitted to an IZH 532. The front fits into a dovetail which I assume should be a standard width in the industry, while the rear has a screw underneath that engages a horizontal metal piece that faces to the rear.
