Tournament competitor scheduling program sought

I am searching for a computer program that will complete a complex competitor scheduling task. This would be similar to a program that might be used by a business to schedule a large number of employees to complete relatively short tasks.
I am the match director of a 4-H state shooting championship where we have 150-200 competitors in 8-10 events on 8 ranges over 2 days. Each individual might shoot in up to eight events. The events are either 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes long. Time has to be built into the schedule for transit between the ranges and for a lunch break.
Does anyone have any sources or ideas, as I currently do all the scheduling by hand and it takes me most of three days to complete.
