HUH ... how does this match work ... last place wins an IZH ?

Winning is pseudo random, and may be based on participation, combined scores, improvement, a whole host of criteria.
Last month it was pure first place, this month it was last place, next month it might be combined score for two months or three months running, it might be the middle score, the person closest to the media score of the month...this ain't the olympics, it's just a way to keep people coming back and participating.

I want in on this one too. I can shoot last place better than anyone here!
Where do we send the scores and what are the rules?
