Looking for target projection app

I recently bought a Scatt shooting trainer and have found it to be quite picky when it comes to target illumination.
I have a light box that works but it came to me that an app for ipad or android tablet where you can chose target and scale for distance would be ideal.
I made a test with a black dot in a web browser and the Scatt picks it up no problem.

I have however come up short when looking for an app with this functionality, does anybody know if such an app exist?
