Axia Triple X

Does anybody have any experience with this.
I have seen this product for sale on numerous online stores but still cant figure out what exactly it does.
If anybody could share some light on this product that would be fantastic.

Sport Shooting Depot is in a process of establishing US stock - will be able to demo at next big event (probably will not be there yet for WAG if you are planning to attend)
In short - an advanced lens system stigmatism and head tilt correction/touch up for the best sight picture

How does it achieve this? Is it literally just a lens holder with the ability to rotate it? If so, how is it any different to MEC glas Monocle Revolve?
