Front sight tunnel

I am looking for recommendations where to buy a front sight tunnel that is threaded on both ends and will accept standard European 22mm inserts and attached to a 3/8" dovetail.

How close is 3/8in to the 11mm dovetail Anschutz use for 19/20xx and 54.30 smallbores? Anywhere that sells Centra or Gehmann products will sell you a 22mm Anschutz fit tunnel.

If 11mm isn't right, Centra make their Score tunnel with a base for Anschutz 14-18xx barrels if that helps. These have a deeper, but slightly narrower dovetail.
