Looking for grips for my Bullseye 1911 that are blue laminate in color...size large..

Standard Grip? I know that one of my Colt Series 70 S/S Gold Cups came with Blue Laminated Grips. Have you checked with Colt? If that is what you are looking for, I might be interested in selling them. They are brand new on a gun that has not been fired since it left the factory.
