Does anyone have experience with this? My Nelson conversion and TOZ-35 M have been satisfactory using CCI standard but it's hard to come by right now.
Thanks for your input!

Shoots as well or better than Eley Target. It is paraffin based rather than wax lube. Needs a few shots to settle in for me.

I've shot most of a case of it, in various pistols and rifles. No problems.

I just ordered a case yesterday, $350 delivered.

Not as inexpensive as Eley Action from Killoughs at $275 but you have to hit $500 to get free shipping from Killoughs and I don't need two more cases.

Will be interested to compare it to the Action.

Also, there's now a new Eley Action at $2.75 from Killoughs, a 42 grain vs 40 grain. They were quite unable to tell me anything about the new stuff vs the old.

What is the difference between paraffin and wax?

KILLOUGHS and the CMP seem to have the best assortments of .22lr and they have stock.
The bricks of Eley Target (yellow box) are $65, so I bought 2 cases this morning and got the free shipping.
We have enough Pistol Team members so that everyone will get a shot as buying some.

Won't have to worry about the shortage, if there really is one.

I just received 2 cases of it. It was ordered 4 weeks ago so that was their current backlog time. I haven't shot it yet but if nothing else, it sounds like a good practice option instead of using your favorite match grade ammo. I had to make a change after trying the new CCI SV. It fails to feed reliably in my 208, Marvel conversions, a custom P240, S&W 41 or MG2. The old CCI SV was awesome and cheap. I hope the CMP Eley takes it's place.

Shot some last month, no issues at all in a Nelson conversion as far as cycling. Had a loaded round that failed to extract after a range malfunction occurred and was making the line safe but think that had to do with cleanliness of my pistol and not the ammo... It is bulk packed in a baggy, 500rds per carton.

I see no accuracy issues coming from the older batch of CCI SV, then again as a disclaimer i'm nowhere near a 2650+ shooter.

I have run through a brick of it, bought one case, and have another on order.

Quite happy with it as practice ammo.

The 500 bulk bag is a pain, but if you save your boxes, it's fine to work with.

Thanks
