Creating a 10 m RT shooting range

Good morning to all of you.
Is there a company or someone who could help me on how to create a 10 m RT shooting range?
A Rika 10 m shooting machine is available but we need someone to guide us on how to make it work.
Can anybody help?

start with the ISSF rules, the rules have good details on what the range standards should be (as well as distances/fp details etc)
