The NRA is involved in a number of high-profile legal matters vital to the Second Amendment and the future of our Association. We know that you receive inquiries from members and other stakeholders about these matters. We also know that communicating with the public about legal issues can be complicated, and many of you are rightly cautious about privilege.

Against this backdrop, I write to announce a valuable new resource for our Board, our members, and the public: NRALegalFacts.ORG is a clearinghouse for information about many significant NRA legal matters. It is designed to set the record straight and provide key facts and documents in a convenient, succinct format. Freely accessible to the public, the site provides a timeline of each case, links copies of important documents, and will be updated and refreshed as these cases develop.
