The laminated stock version of FWB P70 comes with a rubber buttplate. Is it possible and recommendable to replace it with an aluminum one?

If you're having problems with the stock buttplate (not fitting, uncomfortable, falling apart, etc.) then go for it. Mec Contact II will work as well as a similar marketed by Gehmann and the S&N Standard Rifle buttplate will also work. Each will require slightly different ways to attach them to the rifle, but all can be done fairly easily...i've even seen the stock anschutz buttplate from a 2002 air rifle on a P70 junior AND a p70 jr buttplate on a 2002.
