Cheek placement & Rear sight Alignment

What are some drills that folks use to teach Junior shooters how to repeat cheek position and rear sight alignment on every shot?

Domed googly eyes make great kisser buttons.

as above, or we used a piece of the padded moleskin with self stick backing. Whatever you use to start them feeling the right position, make sure to emphasize that they pay attention to the "feel" so they can eventually establish the position without the aid.
