Thank you! The Website link did the trick. Apparently, the main difference is in the rear stock being more adjustable on the 800X than the 800. Mine is an 800 and not the X. I appreciate your help.

Which fwb did you exactly mean? FBW offers 800 ALU, 800 UNI 800 basic. As I know you will be able to buy addition stock of X version if you've got 800 ALU.

Am trying to make sense of this Absorber, where it is, what does it look like, how to check measurement of adjustment for the absorber? Thinking the manual, the info gets lost in translation. And mine has not any resistance felt anywhere near the 12mm to 17mm window.

Here is the assembly diagram, thinking it is a cam operated screw adjustment of some kind, to adjust some rubber absorber washer, and should be within its operating range. Will make some phone calls to CC, Pilk, etc. , One possibility is just take it apart and find out.

Or is this absorber simply the oring compression fitting where the shooter loads the pellet, and the bolt closes on said Oring. part # 1780.210.1
For an air tight seal.
The adjustment says 5 minutes movement at a time, which is not much at all.

This adjuster appears to be a hex /torx combo? Or 2 separate items? It is a 2.5 mm hex, I did not adjust or change anything, but put a 2.5 mm hex wrench in there, and noticed that this assembly is loose in there, for and aft, and rotates, all directions. The torx portion looked to be a very thin wall thickness...?
