Why doesn't the NSSF list any NRA or USAS links?

In my continued bafflement at the lack of cooperation in the shooting sports between different organisations I foundunder the heading of "PRECISION" that the NSSF fails to mention the NRA competitions or USAS or any other organisations.

https://www.nssf.org/shooting/handgun/

IMO there should be a link to http://competitions.nra.org/how-to-get- ... ition.aspx

Nor is there any mention anywhere in the NSSF site that I can find of the NRA marksmanship program.

Oversight? Typical association silo thinking? Something else?

I've already seen some changes I suggested for their listed ranges be made. Means the NSSF is responsive. But as I'm a foreigner and not a member of any NRA linked association or competition I think it best someone better connected comment to the two organisations.

One of these days I'm going to hassle the NSSF to see if their range and store database is available for download or if it can be queried directly. It should, IMO, be promoted to serve as the backbone information on any website that displays store, range, or association information.

So, partially a failure on my part. Various organisations are listed all together on another page.
But, I still think all the organisations need to review each other's web pages to make sure everyone has clear and easily found references. Each organisation that organises competitions needs to be on the NSSF competition page.
There's lots of good information on the NSSF site that should be linked on others.
