Could I ask a favour please.

If you see a spam post then either raise a report on it or, if the subject obviously shows that it is spam, just ignore it.

Posting a "funny" reply, whilst it might make you feel better, just makes it a (slightly) longer process to get get rid of it.

Thanks, David; I saw a post from you or one of the other mods not too long ago recommending the same, and have started to report posts whenever I see them.

Really appreciate all of your, and everyone else's, work in keeping this a very valuable forum! It's thankless...

Folks: there's a (rather small) red exclamation mark at the bottom right of every post. Click (or tap) it to report the post as spam, off-topic, etc. (But don't try it on this post!)
