Hi

Can anyone advise the head type & size of the "counter sunk screw" which attaches the trigger blade to the trigger blade carrier? It is part number 27 in the manual.

Can you measure the screw or the hole in the blade and blade width? it will be whole number of mm

GUESSING M3 x 6mm or M3 x 8mm csk hex socket head stainless.
Ebay usually best cheapest source.

The screw is 3mm with .5mm thread pitch. The overall length is about 10mm.

Agree.

I purchased 100 from eBay UK in Stainless Steel.
Cost about £2.
They work fine.
Look a lot better than a chewed up slotted screw.
I am always handing them out to people.
Still have a load left.

Think you will find that a countersunk screw is measured from the top of the screw. Not the top of the thread.
