9mm slide on a Pardini GTII45-6 Accuracy

My Pardini GT45-6 shooting 200gr SWC is superbly accurate; so I bought a 9mm slide and unexpectedly have huge accuracy problems. Factory 124gr has a 17" group off a rest at 25m and the 115gr is better (it will hold the black) but I expected holding the 10 @ 25m. Has anyone solved the GTII-45-6 9mm slide accuracy?

A buddy shot an excellent string with the STI 9mm 147gr factory ammo (tried that in the GT - not great).

I am rather surprised and am a bit stuck - any suggestions (other than buy a Glock 17?)

I know a few that have the Pardinis GT in 9mm and the results are not stellar and that's at 25yards. The STIs seem to be 25 yard guns with groups around 2" maybe less. The CZ 75s are good 25 yards guns running 1 1/2" @ 25. I never seen a tested one at 50yards. I heard that the 32acp Pardinis have promise at 50 yards, but I don't know anyone who owns one. Glocks are 25 yard guns as well. I also have a Springfield XDM in .45. For a supposed match pistol, its a 2 1/2" gun at 25 yards. For the life of me I cant get it to shoot at 50yards, unless hitting a garbage can cover is acceptable.
