Trying A Red Dot On My .45

I just dropped off my SA 1911 at the gunsmith. I'm having him install a Weigand frame mount for a red dot sight. I also bought another UltraDot to put on it. Those 50 yard targets and open sights are not working well anymore with my eyes. Hopefully this will improve my score some, I do well with my .22 and a dot sight.
