Replacing 22 and installing a 32 barrel in a marvel receiver

Would it be possible to remove the 22 barrel and install a 32 with feed ramp in a marvel receiver or would this just be to much work and money

There have been several threads discussing this and trying to get one of the 'smiths interested in doing it - so far no takers. The 22lr bolt is a rim fire design and the .32 is center fire it also would need to be heavier.
So we are talking about the design of a complete new upper.

I don't think it would be feasible. Difficulties would be : firing pin off center from RF to CF., slide weight,barrel, and magazines. All these would need designed and one time manufactured.
