Shooting technique for VI shooter?

II have seen a film on youtube of an VI shooter in the UK.
became handicapt myself and beeing a trainer I got interested in shooting for handicapt persoms.
Can someone explain to me the technique and steps a VI shooter uses to aim on the target. What steps does he use phisicaly and in what order? F.e. Does he concentrate on height first and then sideways? etc.
