USA Shooting Increasing Membership Fees

Is anyone else astounded and really PO'd that USA Shooting is raising the membership fees on YOUTH and FAMILY memberships?
(Right before many state's JO qualifiers)
Raising extra cash on the backs of their youth programs.
Can anyone tell me their thinking???????
