Who has snow in the Mid-west?

My sons new skate skis sit unused in Southern Wisconsin. My boys start their Christmas break a week from Friday. Barring any unforseen events, like snow and cold weather, where can I go for 3-4 days of practice. I would like to drive 6-8 hours max. Thanks in advance
