Post by shootzen »

I am absolutely amazed at how tightly my Steyr LP50 groups offhand...even with the heavy trigger assembly and 1911 style grip. I'm sure part of it is the lower recoil, but the trigger is absolutely superb and I would love to have a similar trigger in a .22 target pistol for Bullseye matches. Is there anything out there with a similar trigger feel to the LP50 off the shelf? (jewelled roll with a very clean break)

You can pretty much set up an AW-93 to do that if that is what you like. I have an AW-93 with no first stage to speak of and a roll on the second. Feels pretty similar to my LP-50 which also has the heavy trigger in it. I wish the trigger on the Steyr was crisp because I bought to to practice for shooting my Beretta in LEG matches and my Beretta trigger is crisp. Isabel
