Air rifle shooting is a GREAT book!

Although they are a bit pricey (around $70) they are well worth it IMO.

That's like asking "What's the best book... period".
There are lots of good ones and a few great ones (My opinion)

General Overall => The New Position Rifle Shooting by Pullum & Hanenkrat

Great "Get your head around the sport" => The Ways of the Rifle by Reinkemeier, et.al.

Superb Air (definately advanced precision) => Air Rifle Shooting, again by Reinkemeier, et.al.

Air Rifle Shooting is a highly tecnical book and is probably not for the newbie ..... read the other two first, then Air Rifle will make more sense

If you are brand new shooter, and "oldie, but goodie" is the NRA's "Junior Rifle Shooting" (EM09450) good position coaching and descriptions

Then, when you have some basics down, order the "Sport Psychology Mental Training Manual" from USOC .... if you are a coach ... get the Coaches Guide to go with it ... it's even thicker

Another lower-priced really good one (IMO) is "Shooting For Gold," by Krilling.
