IZH CM-2 rifle trigger adjustment

Has anyone "re-translated" the trigger adjustment instructions for the CM-2 rifle into "normal English"? I find some of the instructions confusing because the terms usually used to refer to different functions are not the same as those used in the Russian to English translation, e.g. sear adjustment and sear engagement are not mentioned, nor are first stage / second stage.
