22 bull's-eye gunsmith

Hi everybody, looking for some help here. I was told that a gunsmith by the name of Lou Lombardi was the best 22 gunsmith around on s&w 41 & HS I have heard half inch groups at 50 yd. and I also heard is no longer in business. Can anybody Recommend a good bull's-eye gunsmith for the S&W 41. I would really appreciate any help. Good help. Bob
