Trigger settings?

Hello everyone,I have a question.
How do you set your trigger?Hw do you prefer it?I have a FWB P70 and I have it set to have no ressistance(as it can be)Yet again sometimes during firing it shakes enough to give me an 8.I know that the main problem for that is my position(which I am working to freeze it) but is there a proper setting to eliminate those trigger vibrations?

A wise lady shooter ( 4 time olympian ) told me you want two stage , 70 gms on first , 50 gms on second . With no creep .
