Sauer suit alterations?

Post by WarWagon »

Buying new leathers for me just isn't an option right now. While my jacket still fits adequately, some major weight loss has made my Sauer pants just enormous around the waistline, and my short, stocky build has never allowed me to fit in an off the shelf set of leathers.

Is it possible to have leathers taken in/modified in this way, or am I stuck waiting until I can dish out the money for a new set down the road? It'd be a shame, as they're in pretty darn good condition, with only three years or so of use on them.

Hi
Is your gear leather, leather/canvas or canvas?

If its mostly leather, find a shop that can do leather work, or as i did i found a biker shop who had a facility to alter leather bike gear.

My pants are all canvas with the exception of the belt loops. My jacket is canvas with leather sleeves and suede patch on the left side of the body.
