Proper posture and sight alignment?

Hello, extreme novice here...

Could somebody point me to a website or document that will show the proper (maybe in the form of a picture) air rifle standing posture/form?

Also could you direct me to some information on the proper alignment or use of aperture sights.

I am currently playing with my Avanti 753 for the first time and don't have much of a clue about anything. But I am able to keep the shots in the black at least! ; )

Thank you for your help!

P.S. I tried the search function, but couldn't find what I needed.

There's a .pdf file available at http://www.cadets.forces.gc.ca/_docs/tir/Part1_e.pdf
that comes from the Canadian military. I've just glanced at it and it may be of some use to you.

You can also get a copy of the US Army Marksmanship Unit (USAMU) guide to international rifle from the Civilian Marksmanship Program. I had a copy years and years ago (mid-70's) and it was VERY useful. It's only 6.95 plus shipping, and I'd STRONGLY recommend it as a resource.

CMP main page: http://www.odcmp.com/
Go to the "estore" link, and then the "bookstore" link. It's the first item in the bookstore.
