We are writing to remind you of the upcoming deadline for the first phase of our ticket sales for Beijing, which is the Request Phase. This Request Phase deadline is June 30, 2007, and we encourage you to send reminders to all of your constituents about the pending deadline.
Please feel free to forward this e-mail to your athletes, athlete families, members, donors, board members, sponsors or other friends of your organization. Even though the Games in Beijing are still more than one year away we want to create as much awareness as possible about the opportunity to request tickets now.
Of course tickets will be available for purchase on a “live” basis later this year (currently we anticipate an October launch of the Live Sales phase). Additionally, our hospitality packages (which include guaranteed tickets) and accommodations packages are currently being sold and will continue to be sold on a live, first-come, first-serve basis.
At the bottom of this e-mail is a simple linked graphic which will take you directly to our CoSport website. The website has more details about all of the deadlines and also more information for people interested in attending the Beijing 2008 Games.
