Question re Steyr LG110 Sight adjustment

I just got my Steyr and have a question about adjusting the sights.

I need to lower the point of aim by about 3-4 inches. I’ve used up all of the horizontal adjustment in the rear sight. In order to make the necessary correction, do I need to put higher pillars in the front sight block? What do I use for pillars?
