Shoulder strenght in rifle shooting

Hi
wanted to know the importance of shoulder strenght and ability of he arm to rotate internally in airrifle standing shooting. since th emovement to aim is external...
please give yr views.

I'm also still learning the techniques involve behind air rifle shooting, but I can swear that you don't need any strength to practive this sport.
To my understanding the less strength involved the better.
To be calmed and relaxed is a lot better.

Not exactly true, I have found that a strong core and helps alot for standing, it stabilizes the whole position.
In general you want to be in good shape, I try to work out with light weights at least 3 times a week, and you also want to do some running or something I like to jumprope (thanks right I said jumprope) I can do it in my basement any time, I do that about 3 times a week as well.

I am with you, but to be in good shape is one thing and to hold a gun with muscle building strength is another, that is my point.
To be as fit as possible is what is really needed.
