Does any one out there know what a double dewar shoot is ?

in the rifle world Dewar is 20 shots at 50yds and 20 shots at 100yds

And a double Dewar is of course 40 shots each at 50yds and 100yds. Shot with a .22 rifle.

is it shot
20 at 50, 20 at 50, 20 at 100, 20 at 100 (2 half dewars twice)
or
20 at 50, 20 at 100, 20 at 50, 20 at 100 (2 dewars)
or
20 at 50, 20 at 100, 20 at 100, 20 at 50 (2 dewars the 2nd one backwards)

or, and I'm not sure how you do this unless you have 2 target frames or something other than the US style 4-bull/2-bull (+ sighter bull) targets

40 at 50 and 40 at 100? (2 different 40-shot matches)
