Well, I can post the text (some pictures, charts and spreadsheets will be missing) or maybe arrange a pdf to be uploaded somewhere.

However, its written in Swedish and almost 12000 characters, so I am not really temped to translate it. Is it relevant to upload a Swedish text?

Is here any volontary translators?

Unfortunately, Swedish is not in their list. Can you get it translated to one of the other languages and then translate it to English?
