Free Pistol at Nationals???

Hello All
Good job for the MAP guys,,,, but I didn't see their names on the FP P4 (what is P4 btw?)
only some foreigners names at FP
what happened? I am missing something?

It's there, just scroll up to the top (for some reason the spreadsheet defaults to lower down).

Sadly, participation was down this year, only 19 competitors. I assume from free pistol losing it's olympic status.

P4 is a paralympic designation for free pistol.

It is hard to believe what USA Shooting has reduced the pistol nationals to...an almost meaningless, over priced, overly complicated competition. I remember a time when the NRA ran the program when there were 2 relays on an 80 point line for FP. Perhaps they have accomplished exactly what they wanted to.

Perhaps it's partly because the matches were close to, or overlapping the CMP and NRA matches at Camp Perry?

Some of those 'foreign' names are Americans of non-European ancestry. And while no big names were there, I suspect a few future big names were.
