Question about RIKA Home Trainer Pressure sensor.

Recently I have purchased a RIKA Home Trainer along with the pressure sensor. After the first initial shots i tried the pressure sensor. My question is : when i calibrate the sensor I position it between my finger an the trigger. As i push i see in the LCd display the pressure rising but if i stop pressure i dont see values decreasin as i would expect. Instead when I reapply pressure it seems to me that the new pressure is added to the previous one. I dont think this normal behavior. My home trainer is v2.03 and the software is HT3.61. Anyone experience anything like this?
