Athlete's Committee

Four are elected by the athlete's and the other 9 are appointed by the board. I guess it is a start, it would be something if they held off on all the changes until the "Athletes Committee" could take part.

'Fraid not, the other 3 (not 9) and their Chairman are appointed by the Executive

The chairperson is appointed rather than elected and they missed the chance to put the chair on the executive committee and add an athlete to every other committee.
