New training system?

Does anybody has an idea what kind of training system this is??? Probably somebody who is familiar with this training system could give some feedback as it looks interesting for pistol shooter like me. Where to find it on web???

It uses taser technology. If you miss you get 70,000 volts. After the 5th or 6th time shooters rarely miss.
