Or a source for the scope rail for these two pistols?

Try BME-mounts. They offer a variety of scope mounts for target pistols.

Thanks for the info. I should have specified I want to mount the scope on the receiver, like shown in the Beeman catalogs.

I have a Beeman modified 80. The receiver is too thin to mill; they drilled and tapped it. The BME mount is a much better solution and it leaves the gun stock.
