I thought that accuracy per se in air guns apply to both AP and AR, meaning that the guns are so accurate that high grade pellets would be a minute factor.

I use H&N finale match pistol 4.49, pellets make as massive difference to group size, try begging as many different types as you can and bench test them to see which groups best.

Vogel Green

4.50 in my Morini 162EI Short

4.495 in my Walter LP300

I've tested about five other pistols ... they all liked 4.495 Vogels ... only my current Morini had a noticeable smaller group with the 4.50's ... at least with that batch ...

1. G.Smith P-10
2. H&N Finale Match High Speed 4.50
3. H&N Finale match 4.50
