Shoe size coversion

Hey Don,

Size 11.5 is actually between a 46 and 47. Try them both as the fit varies from brand to brand.

That brings up another important thing - the fit varies from brand to brand AS DOES THE WIDTH! Which I found to be very important to my aching feet. :^) The very best way in the USA to try boots is to go to Camp Perry, which is pretty cruel to tell you, now that it is over. Maybe you can find people at matches that are willing to let you try their boots. It gets awful agravating and expensive to send ill-fitting boots back and forth to vendors. I've been there.

Don - this is Paula from Wheaton - now that I've noticed your sig, I think I know who you are!! One of our shooters from a few years ago left his boots & "shoe tree" in the back room at the range. I don't know what size they are, but will look on Weds night. Also don't know the condition they are now in (moisture problems in the storage room) or what $$$ he wanted for them. But I'll get back to you, if you're interested.
