Walther LG200 sight adjustments

Post by gunsmoke77802 »

I have misplace my instruction manual & am trying to remember how to adjust the sights.CLOCKWISE movement moves the shot UP/RIGHT?

COUNTER CLOCKWISE movement moves shot DOWN/LEFT?

Is this correct? How much movement per click at 10m?

thanks

Learn by doing. Give the knob a turn and look carefully at the scale. You will remember better, and know why, thru hands-on discovery rather than rote learning. It won't hurt the sights (or you), and will not take much time.

You can use the right hand rule too:
Fingers wrap the direction you turn the knob while your right thumb points the direction the shots will move.
(the opposite works for most sporter rifles)

Remember too that the 10 ring is a full scoring ring radius. It takes the same number of clicks to go from the edge of the ten ring to the center (10.9) as any other full ring.

BTW you do have it reversed.

Bob gets the gold star. RH rule is the way to go (for European match sights).

Should be 1 click = 0.2mm (for newer Walther rear sights)
