FWB absorbing device screw

Post by NickyT »

Hi,
I'm just checking my brand new FWB 800 and I found out that there's no absorbing device screw!! (see photo)
In these days I've shot about 100 pellets with no issue except for a light toughness with cocking lever. That's why I checked the absorbing device.
May I have damaged the rifle? And now, should I send the rifle to the technical support or can I replace myself the screw?
thank you for your replies.

There is a hex key set screw in there, to make adjustments to the absorber when needed. This is the new updated version. The previous versions used a slotted head set screw.

thank you for your reply.
I confirm, slotted screws were used previously. Currently, screws with hexagon socket for adjusting the absorber are installed.
