Registration is still going strong for the league. We are up to about 260 registrations between, prone, position, and standing disciplines. We are still expecting another club to register so that number will climb. Technically you can register and join in at any point during the season. Their is still time to set up your teams or register as an individual. If you need any assistance or have any questions send me an e-mail or call/text me at 518-534-1730. First scores for week 1 is due by January 14th.

Week one of our season is now under way. We are starting the season with 38 teams this season and 268 registrants across three disciplines. You may continue to register new shooters at any time during the season. If you need any assistance just let me know.

Please be sure to record your scores by Saturday January 14th. With the large number of participants its up to you to remember to input your scores, in the past I have sent reminders to clubs as time is running out. Please input your scores as you get them, to avoid any issues later, it also gives me a chance to start working on the verbiage late Friday night. To enter scores log into the web site and click on the word "scores" next to the discipline you wish to enter scores for. One the next page; If you are entering scores just for yourself click input individual scores, if you are entering scores for your team click input team scores. Please be sure to pick the correct week. Once a score is entered, to be changed it must be approved by the league director. So give me a heads up if you make a mistake. On my end it shows up as red if the score has been changed. If you run into any difficulty recording your scores I can always do this for you.

As a reminder I only need the number of 10's fired for match 7 & 10 for prone and standing. This would be recorded in the memo section.

I hope to send out week one results by Monday, however its possible with being the first week and the number of shooters I might not get this e-mailed out until Tuesday morning. Please be sure to forward the results to the rest of your organization or anyone else that might be interested. If you know of anyone that needs to be added to the e-mail lists please let me know.

If you are a junior shooter or if you are over the age of 60 please let me know. Team Managers please send me an e-mail with this information including actual age if possible. I am attempting to put together a senior all-star list to go along with our juniors. I initially asked for over 65 but since I did not get a strong reply I am going to lower that to age 60 until I get the actual numbers in.

Please send me photos of your team, including action shots throughout the season and I will post them to our facebook page.

Good luck, see you all at the range. Peter Visconti

Team managers you now have the ability to update your team members birthdates. Please log in and input this information (even if you only get the year correct). This will allows the results to also be shown in two new additional ways. Just Juniors and just those shooters age 60 and over. The competitors actual date of birth is used to create this list. Individual shooters can also log in and update their birth dates in their profile section on the league web site.

Please remember to submit all scores by Saturday midnight. You can see all results on line by Saturday midnight (Pacific time). I will also e-mail out my weekly re-cap Monday morning.

With 39 teams competing its going to be a great year.

Good luck.

Peter
