In case anyone finds this in the future I ended up finding an old thread that pointed to ShootingStuff out of New Zealand. They have a guide made for the FWB 2700, prices on their site are in NZD, with shipping I paid about $48 for the guide. I may post a picture of the guide once I get it. Here's a link.

Got the guide today and it is indeed anodized aluminum. I don't see it marked Centra but it very well may be made by them. It well into the action and has a hole that allow the bolt release to hold the guide into the action while cleaning. Julie at ShootingStuff was very accommodating throughout the process and had to hesitation to ship to the US.
